Durante todo o mês de setembro, a Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Coordenação de Saúde Mental e e do Núcleo de Educação Permanente (NEP), vinculados à Secretaria da Saúde (SES), promoveu uma intensa programação em alusão à campanha Setembro Amarelo, com foco na valorização da vida, conscientização sobre saúde mental e fortalecimento da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS).
Um dos destaques foi a “Capacitação Setembro Amarelo”, realizada no dia 9 de setembro no Salão de Vidro do Paço Municipal, que reuniu 70 servidores públicos municipais para qualificar a escuta, a recepção e o manejo inicial de pacientes em sofrimento psíquico ou com comportamento suicida.
Com a temática “Toda porta é porta de entrada”, o evento contou com mesa-redonda e palestrantes especialistas que abordaram o papel fundamental de cada serviço da rede pública, desde Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS), passando pelos CAPS, até os serviços de urgência e emergência, como o Samu e as Unidades de Pronto Atendimento (UPAs).
Nas UBSs foram realizadas rodas de conversa, distribuição de materiais educativos e orientações aos usuários nas UBSs Vitória, Sorocaba I, Cerrado, Márcia Mendes, Carandá, Maria Eugênia, São Bento, Nova Esperança, Éden, Escola e Jardim Simus.
Houve, ainda, as “Práticas Integrativas e Promoção da Vida”, com oficinas de pintura, confecção de mandalas e práticas corporais que incentivaram a expressão emocional, o acolhimento e o fortalecimento de vínculos.
Também foram realizadas atividades externas e de convivência, com a Caminhada ecológica com usuários do CAPS III “Alegria de Viver” até o Parque Dom Quixote, acompanhada de ginástica funcional, roda de conversa ao ar livre e plantio de mudas medicinais fornecidas pelo Parque Chico Mendes.
Foram feitas ações em parceria com Instituições e Comunidade, como com o Centro de Valorização da Vida (CVV) para palestras sobre escuta empática; atividades educativas em locais como CRAS Cajuru, Senac, Fundação Casa e SOS Sorocaba. Intervenções culturais e artísticas, incluíram o Show de Talentos promovido pelo CAPS AD II “Saca Só” e apresentações do grupo MusiCAPS.
Rede de atendimento
Sorocaba conta com uma estrutura composta por oito Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), sendo três CAPS III (adulto), três CAPS Infantojuvenil e dois CAPS Álcool e Outras Drogas (AD III). Durante o mês, as unidades realizaram diversos eventos de sensibilização, oficinas terapêuticas, rodas de conversa e ações integradas diretamente nos territórios e em parceria com as Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs).
